Remote Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities Monitor and prioritize incoming dispatch requests to efficiently allocate resources. Communicate with drivers to provide them with route information and updates. Coordinate deliveries and pickups while maintaining a strong focus on customer service. Document and log all dispatch activities to ensure accurate records and reporting. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during dispatch operations promptly. Collaborate closely with other departments to align logistics with overall business goals. Assess and report on the performance metrics of dispatch operations to identify opportunities for improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
