Role Overview

Build and maintain email campaigns and lifecycle journeys with thoughtful segmentation, thorough quality checks, and useful performance reporting. You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where your strengths lie.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain campaign or lifecycle email content and configurations.
• Set up audience segments and relevant workflow rules.
• Check links, rendering, targeting, and timing before launch.
• Review campaign results and document opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with email marketing, CRM, lifecycle automation, and email quality assurance tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.
