Key Responsibilities Conduct data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date applicant records and recruitment metrics. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics for various hiring processes. Communicate with candidates via email and phone to provide updates and gather necessary documentation. Support the development and maintenance of job postings across multiple job boards. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide administrative support. Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and candidate feedback. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure the hiring process meets target timelines. What We're Looking For Required: High School Diploma required; further education is a plus. Proven experience in data entry and administrative support. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment software is preferred. Prior experience in a hiring or recruitment role is an advantage.
