Remote Payroll Specialist (Part-Time) – United States

Chleo is hiring a part-time Remote Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll processing for employees. This position is open to applicants located anywhere in the United States and pays $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain payroll transaction records and support compliance with applicable requirements.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and help resolve issues.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management.
• Report payroll taxes and deductions accurately and on time.
• Work with HR to update employee information affecting payroll.
• Monitor compliance with relevant labor laws and payroll regulations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Effective time management and ability to meet payroll deadlines.
• Payroll processing experience is a plus; no specific education is required.
• Experience using payroll software or systems is preferred.

Team and Work Arrangement
