Role Overview

People Operations Coordinators support dependable HR processes through accurate recordkeeping, onboarding coordination, and responsive employee support. You do not need experience in every specialty. Please describe the responsibilities you have handled and the areas where you are strongest.

Potential Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate personnel records and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and required documentation.
• Track people-process requests and follow up with responsible team members.
• Prepare routine updates and improve process documentation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience with HR information systems, onboarding, documentation, and spreadsheet tools.
• Examples of work personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability during US business hours and willingness to work as an independent contractor.

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support are preferred, but not required.
