Job description

Fracture Diagnostics is hiring a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Remote Personal Assistant to support our Founder/Executive with daily administrative and personal tasks.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable working independently. You will manage schedules, communications, travel arrangements, documents, and appointments to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, reminders, and scheduling changes.
  • Monitor, organize, and prioritize email and other communications.
  • Draft routine emails, messages, and correspondence as needed.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Conduct online research and provide concise summaries and recommendations.
  • Organize digital files, documents, notes, and records.
  • Schedule personal and professional appointments.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, clients, and other contacts.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding requests.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with online purchases, reservations, deliveries, and other administrative tasks.
  • Help coordinate virtual meetings using platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and other documentation when required.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively identify issues before they arise.
  • Handle confidential personal and business information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Perform additional administrative and personal-support duties as requested.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
