About the role
Lithavi is seeking quantity surveyors for work from home.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate 2D and 3D quantity takeoffs for civil and structural or MEP trades.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
- Work with BIM models and CAD drawings for quantity extraction and audit-ready reports.
Requirements
- Qualification in quantity surveying, building economics, or mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of measurement standards: POMI, NRM2, CESMM4, and CMMI.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy under deadlines.
- Hands-on expertise in CostX, Bluebeam, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Excel.
