Responsibilities

• Clarify hiring requirements and research relevant candidate profiles.
• Source candidates and keep recruiting records accurate and organized.
• Conduct or coordinate candidate screening and interviews within your area of responsibility.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring stakeholders, providing updates and following up on next steps.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
• Practical experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, candidate research tools, and interview scheduling tools.
• Examples of recruiting work you have personally handled in your specialty.
• Availability during US business hours and willingness to work as an independent contractor.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you may support are helpful, but are not required for every opportunity.
