Manage leads, track sales activities, and optimize customer interactions using the Workiz platform. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote referrals. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of locksmith services and industry trends. Create customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Collaborate with marketing to enhance messaging and outreach strategies. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven strong sales and communication skills with a history of meeting sales goals. Experience with Workiz or similar CRM tools preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
