Remote Sales Representative – Locksmith Services | Phoenix, AZ

Discount ACR is hiring a full-time Remote Sales Representative for locksmith services in Phoenix, Arizona. In this remote role, you’ll connect with residential and commercial customers, understand their security needs, and recommend locksmith solutions. You’ll help grow sales while contributing to a collaborative team focused on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective customers through multiple communication channels and discuss their locksmithing needs.
• Use Workiz or a similar CRM to manage leads, record sales activity, and support effective customer interactions.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to support satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Build and maintain knowledge of locksmith services and industry trends.
• Prepare customized quotes and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of sales experience, with a record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience with Workiz or another CRM is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Locksmith or security services experience is a plus.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

• Pay: $2,000 per month.
• Schedule: Full-time.
• Location: Remote; based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.
