Discount ACR is seeking a motivated Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to represent our trusted locksmith services in the thriving home and commercial security industry. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with potential customers and addressing their security needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to assess locksmithing needs.
- Manage leads and sales activities using the Workiz platform to optimize customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our locksmith services and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven sales and communication skills with a successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Experience with Workiz or similar CRM tools preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; locksmith or security services background is a plus.
