Job description
workcomp is hiring a Remote Sales Representative for a contract position based in Chicago, Illinois. This remote role offers the opportunity to build client relationships, grow sales, and contribute to the company’s market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services.
- Research market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and support customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Work toward and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams on client experience and outreach campaigns.
- Report sales activity and market insights to management.
- Contribute to projects that expand the client base and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience; remote sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
Compensation and Work Arrangement
Pay: $100 per month.
