Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma with relevant experience in child care or similar fields. Strong empathy and communication skills to interact effectively with children and team members. Proficient in problem-solving, organization, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity. Experience in crisis management and patience in dealing with challenging situations. Preferably possess certifications related to child care or mental health.
