About the Role

Sagan is seeking a Remote Training Content Specialist in Mexico to turn business processes into clear, practical training. You will partner with subject matter experts to document workflows and develop learning materials that help employees perform their work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview subject matter experts and document current and future workflows.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides, job aids, and onboarding materials.
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training, including presentations, eLearning, and instructional videos.
• Organize learning content libraries and coordinate stakeholder reviews.
• Improve learning materials using learner feedback, process updates, and adult learning principles.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning and development, process documentation, technical writing, or a related field.
• Experience interviewing subject matter experts and developing training for different delivery formats.
• Experience using a learning management system and recording and editing instructional videos.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written communication, facilitation, organization, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• A relevant bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with UKG Ready Learning/Schoox, Visio, Lucidchart, Canva, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
