Job description
RecruitHub Inc. is hiring a full-time Rental Management Manager in Chicago, Illinois. In this on-site leadership role, you will oversee rental operations, support tenants, guide property management staff, and help improve property performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily rental operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
- Analyze finances and budgets to improve rental property profitability.
- Implement rental policies and procedures in compliance with applicable local regulations.
- Lead, coach, and support property management team members.
- Partner with the marketing team on rental marketing strategies.
- Track performance metrics and prepare property performance reports.
- Communicate with tenants and resolve questions or concerns promptly.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma and relevant property or rental management experience.
- Leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving ability and experience with financial analysis and budgeting.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
