Elite Exceed is looking for an experienced Reporting Lead Developer to lead Business Intelligence, reporting, and data visualization initiatives!
Location: #Dallas, #TX – #Onsite 3 Days/Week
Experience: 8+ Years
Focus: Reporting & BI Solutions
Key Technical Skills:
QlikView Dashboard Development
Tableau Desktop & Tableau Server
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
PostgreSQL | Lakehouse/Lakebase
✅ SQL Query Optimization & Performance Tuning
✅ Data Modeling & Semantic Layers
✅ Reporting Governance & Data Quality
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
Strong hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
Experience connecting BI tools to PostgreSQL-based Lakehouse/Lakebase platforms.
Ability to optimize SQL queries and build scalable reporting solutions.
Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and code review experience.
Strong collaboration with business stakeholders and data engineering teams.
Experience with production support, release planning, and deployment.
⭐ Leadership Requirement: 3+ years leading BI/reporting development teams or projects
