Job description
Semilla Nueva is seeking a dynamic Research and Learning Manager to join our senior leadership team in Jalpatagua, Jutiapa, Guatemala. This full-time role focuses on co-leading impact evaluations, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), reporting, and supporting program design to improve nutritional outcomes for millions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-lead development and publication of third-party impact evaluations.
- Oversee monitoring and evaluation activities and reporting processes.
- Assist in designing effective programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Supervise the M&E Coordinator and collaborate closely with the COO.
- Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the senior leadership team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passionate and creative leader with strong communication skills.
- Experience in impact evaluation, research management, or related fields.
- Ability to influence public policy and donor priorities through evidence-based insights.
- Willingness to spend significant time in Guatemala; international leadership candidates considered with strong justification.
Compensation & Location:
- Salary: $1500 per month.
- Location: Jalpatagua, Jutiapa, Guatemala (on-site required).
- Not eligible for remote work.
