Resident Manager

Salary: THB 35,000–50,000 (Based on Experience)
Location: The Panawa | Phang Nga, Thailand
Working Schedule: 6 days per week / 1 day off per week

Qualifications
• Experience in 5-star hotel operations, with a strong background in Hotel Management, Operations, Food & Beverage, MICE and Events
• Good command of English and Thai, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage the handover of an 8-unit eco-glamping property and ensure a smooth transition into operations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and operational management skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong personal presentation
• Ability to represent the property professionally when dealing with guests, owners, business partners and external parties
• Hands-on, service-minded and able to oversee day-to-day property operations
