Residential HVAC Service Technician

Tasks

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Run service calls independently and manage your daily route
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain a stocked, organized service vehicle
• Follow all safety standards, EPA regulations, and applicable codes

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Section 608 certification
• Strong diagnostic skills across furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central AC, and ductless mini-splits
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Solid communication and customer-service skills

Schedule

• Full-time, year-round position
• On-site

Pay

• $32.00/hr base + commission
• Total comp: $80,000 – $110,000 including commission and overtime
