Job description
Lead resort operations as a hands-on General Manager in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This full-time, on-site role calls for strong front-of-house experience, guest relations expertise, and a proven understanding of hotel sales and revenue generation.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Bring operational, hands-on experience in front-of-house (FOH) operations, guest relations, and sales.
- Apply hotel management best practices to support revenue generation and sales.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Make sound decisions, solve problems, and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Build and maintain strong, successful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Dutch language skills are preferred.
Compensation and employment
Pay: 9000 per month. Schedule: Full-time, on-site in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
