Tasks

• Oversee daily operations across all three outlets.
• Monitor sales, costs and outlet profitability.
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.
• Ensure food qualit, hygiene and service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
• Monitor inventor, stock levels and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem- solving skill.
• willing to work shift, weekends and public holidays when required.
