Job description
Anthony Bistro is hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This on-site role offers an opportunity to lead restaurant operations, develop a strong team, and deliver an excellent guest experience. The Restaurant Manager reports to the General Manager and works closely with kitchen, service, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain high standards for food quality and guest service.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff while building a collaborative workplace.
- Create efficient staff schedules and maintain appropriate coverage.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets.
- Respond to guest questions and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Work with kitchen staff on menu updates informed by guest feedback and seasonal ingredients.
- Review financial reports, identify opportunities to improve operations, and support profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in restaurant management or a related role.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and staff training skills.
- Experience using POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
