Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Accurately take and process orders using our order management system. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth and effective service. Handle payment processing accurately and resolve any discrepancies. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and areas for improvement. Perform mise en place tasks to prepare the dining area. Required and Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is valued. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and genuine desire to assist others. Team player with the ability to collaborate with all staff levels. No formal education required; certificates in customer service or food handling are a plus.
