Tasks

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise, train, and motivate service staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Monitor staff performance, schedules and attendance
• Maintain good food quality, hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage stock level, minimise wastage and support sales target.
