Job description
Tasks
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and or Symbility
- Scope damages and identify required repairs and mitigation work
- Communicate clearly with adjusters, and project managers
- Ensure estimates align with insurance guidelines and company standards
- Assist with documentation, reports, photos, and job files
- Support project timelines and assist with change orders as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in restoration estimating
- Proficiency in Xactimate (required)
- Knowledge of Symbility (optional)
- Knowledge of DocuSketch (optional)
