Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs and career goals.

• Research industry trends and employer expectations to tailor application materials to target roles.
• Optimize LinkedIn profiles and improve clients' online professional presence.
• Develop and facilitate workshops on resume writing and effective job search techniques.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and track client progress.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in resume writing and career consulting.
• Strong knowledge of industries and job markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
• Familiarity with resume design and career consulting software and tools.
• Career coaching or resume writing certification, such as CPRW, preferred.
