Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude to fulfill their shopping requirements. Maintain expert knowledge of our ethnic wear collection to provide personalized styling advice. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Restock and organize merchandise displays to ensure an attractive and orderly store environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive shopping experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold store policies. Assist with inventory management , including stock replenishment and discrepancy checks. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in retail. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, especially ethnic wear. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
