Job description

A fast-growing SaaS company is hiring a Retail Delivery Manager to join its LATAM team. Candidates based in Colombia or Mexico are preferred, but strong people elsewhere in the region will be considered. You'll own a portfolio of retail and supply chain customers across LATAM, helping them adopt the product, get real value from it, and stick around for the long run. Own customer onboarding from start to finish and make sure go-lives go smoothly. You'll work with cross-functional teams (TAMs, engineers) to deliver on time and on scope, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks closely.
Find upsell and expansion opportunities through your ongoing relationships, partner with Sales to support growth, and keep the focus on measurable outcomes and long-term ROI.
Work with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data to solve problems and turn customer feedback into useful input for internal teams. Keep your records clean in HubSpot, share updates over Slack and reports, and give leadership a clear picture of customer health, risks, and key metrics.
