Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable product options.
• Deliver presentations and workshops to introduce Bajaj Life Insurance products.
• Build and maintain client relationships by providing attentive, reliable service.
• Work with team members to plan sales activities and pursue targets.
• Review market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Prepare reports on sales activity, client feedback, and progress toward targets.
• Attend training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to work toward targets.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• At least one year of relevant sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
