Job description

Finex Audit is hiring a part-time Remote Retail Training Coordinator to develop and coordinate training for retail teams. This remote role is associated with the company’s Lynn, Massachusetts location and offers pay of $35 per hour.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging training programs tailored to different retail roles.
Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and interactive learning modules.
Coordinate training schedules and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
Evaluate training effectiveness using employee feedback and performance metrics, then refine programs as needed.
Communicate with managers and team members to align training with organizational objectives.
Provide ongoing resources and support that encourage continuous learning among retail staff.
