Retention & Cross-Sell Specialist

Tasks

• Conduct proactive policy renewal and coverage reviews.
• Strengthen relationships with existing policyholders.
• Address customer concerns and help prevent policy cancellations.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across Auto, Home, and Life Insurance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely follow-up.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Life & Health License or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe.
• Insurance sales or retention experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
• Allstate licensing or previous Allstate agency experience is highly preferred.

Pay

• Starting Base Pay: $20+/hour + Commissions + Bonuses
• Bonus Opportunities Available
