RF Data Collection (Drive Tester) Engineer

Tasks

• Conduct RF drive testing to collect and analyze network performance data.
• Operate XCAL, TEMS, and related tools for data logging, measurement, and analysis.
• Identify and report network issues, including coverage gaps, interference, and handover failures.
• Collaborate with RF optimization teams to validate network tuning and parameter changes.
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly configured before each pass window while maintaining a methodical and punctual approach.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with XCAL, TEMS, or similar RF drive testing tools.
• A valid driving license.
• Experience performing RF data collection and network performance testing.
