- ACLS Certificate

Expected Hours / Week: 48 HOURS
Expected Hours / Shift: 12 HOURS
Shift: DAY / NIGHT

Contract Duration: 13 WEEKS

Hourly Pay Rate:
- W2 Pay Rate RT (Regular Time): $34.50
- W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time): $51.75

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable - Nationwide):
- W2 Wage (RT + OT based on expected hours): $1,794.00
- Nottaxable Per Diem: $1,540.00

TOTAL WEEKLY GROSS PAY: $3,334.00
