Position SummaryThe Corrugator Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of corrugator equipment to produce high-quality corrugated sheets that meet customer specifications and production requirements.
Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesOperate corrugator equipment safely and efficiently.Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production process.Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers as required.Conduct quality inspections and verify compliance with specifications.Troubleshoot production and equipment issues.Maintain production records and documentation.Follow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.Work closely with maintenance, production, and quality teams to achieve operational goals.Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

There may be long periods of time spent standing at the production lines. May occasionally sit, twist, bend, squat, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, speak, smell, and lift up to 40 lbs during the course of the day.Safety Requirement: May be required to wear common protective or safety equipment such as masks, safety shoes, glasses, gloves, or hearing protection depending on the manufacturing area per company policy.Environmental Factors: Indoors, climate controlled.
