Mltconcorp is hiring a full-time Roving Hr Generalist. Experience in a dialysis center or healthcare setting is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle attendance, leave, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee concerns and support employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
- Assist with training, performance management, and other HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years experiences as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR Practices.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
