Job description
About the role
Lead end-to-end RPA initiatives in the Insurance domain.
Tasks
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions.
- Perform automation feasibility analysis and solution architecture.
- Lead client discussions and advise stakeholders on RPA and AI solutions.
- Manage production bots, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor junior developers and drive coding best practices.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and manage technical handoffs.
- Support project planning, estimation, risk management, and documentation.
Requirements
- UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, REFramework amp; UiPath Insights
- UiPath Document Understanding amp; AI offerings
- SAP, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, PDFs, Legacy Applications amp; API Automation
- NET Core, .NET Framework
- SOAP/REST APIs, SOA amp; SQL Server 2019+
- TFS amp; Azure DevOps
- OCR, Computer Vision amp; Process Automation
- Strong Insurance domain and business process analysis experience.
- Proven experience as an RPA Technical Lead or Architect.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently lead automation projects and technical teams.
