Job Position: ASM / RSM
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) & manufacturing (FMCG).
- Those who have worked in sales in the Gazipur area will be given priority.
Responsibilities:
- Development & implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Identity new business opportunities & expand the customer base.
- Monitor sales performance & adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify new markets & dealers, follow up accordingly.
- Lead, train & motivate the regional sales team.
- Prepare & submit sales reports, forecasts & analysis.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieving monthly sales & collection targets with/by Sales representatives.
- To set up new dealers & able to conduct their activities according to company rules.
- Achieving monthly sales & collection targets with/by Sales representative.
- Monitor & increase Market growth.
- Reducing the rate of damage products.
