Safety Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or any related course.
• Must be a DOLE-accredited Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3 preferred, depending on company requirements).
• Completed 40-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training or Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH) training, as applicable.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in independent/primary work experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• Knowledgeable in Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards and DOLE regulations.
• Ability to conduct workplace inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
• Experience in incident investigation and preparation of safety reports.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications).
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and conduct regular safety audits.
