Safety Officer

Job Description:
• Implement and monitor site safety programs and protocols
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses
• Ensure compliance with DOLE and OSHC regulations
• Conduct safety orientations and toolbox meetings
• Maintain safety records and documentation
Qualifications:
• Licensed Safety Officer (SO1 or higher preferred)
• Experience in construction site safety management
• Knowledgeable in DOLE and Philippine OSH standards
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Able to work under pressure on a fast-paced site
