Sales Account Executive

Description:
Responsible for leading the sales team of JET Hotel and ensuring that revenue targets are met. To increase occupancy and generate revenue by developing and implementing sales strategies that target specific markets such as corporate, leisure, or group. Daily tasks may include analyzing market trends to understand customer needs, identifying new business opportunities, developing pricing strategies, coordinating sales activities with other departments, and driving the sales team.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successful sales campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of local and international travel markets.
• Have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Preferably knows how to drive.
