Sales Admin Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or related field
2. With 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or a similar role
3. Experience in the elevator/lift, construction, or engineering industry is an advantage
4. Knowledgeable in preparing quotations, proposals, sales reports, and other sales documents
5. Familiarity with CRM or sales monitoring systems is a plus
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
7. Keen attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks
8. Able to coordinate with clients, Sales Engineers, contractors, and internal teams
9. Willing to learn technical products and services
10. Proactive, organized, and customer-service oriented
