Job Description

W.Bridges Manpower Corp. is seeking a Sales Admin Supervisor based in Paranaque City, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role is responsible for promoting training programs, acquiring new clients, increasing enrollments, and supporting business growth through effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales: Promote training programs, seminars, and workshops; acquire new clients; prepare proposals and presentations; achieve sales targets; handle quotations and client negotiations; maintain strong client relationships; coordinate client needs with the training team.
• Marketing: Plan and implement marketing campaigns; manage social media and online promotions; create promotional materials and content; conduct market research and identify training trends; organize webinars, orientations, and events; strengthen company branding.
• Supervisory: Supervise sales and marketing staff; monitor team performance and productivity; conduct coaching and performance evaluations; prepare sales and marketing reports; ensure customer satisfaction; support business growth strategies.
