Job description
Biznes SAC, on behalf of our client Interseguro, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Advisor to join our call center team in Lima. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to develop your professional sales skills in a customer-focused environment. As a Sales Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to clients, contributing to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers by phone to understand their needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Apply effective sales techniques to promote services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the call center system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Participate in team meetings to review performance and share best practices.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to enhance customer conversations and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- Minimum 4 months of sales experience in a Call Center (insurance, telecommunications, education, finance, or other sectors).
- Basic PC skills.
- Availability to work on-site in La Victoria, Lima.
