Dermatology Product Sales Agent – Islamabad, Pakistan

Derma-Chem is hiring a full-time Dermatology Product Sales Agent in Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will build relationships with healthcare professionals and promote dermatology products, helping providers and consumers learn about skincare solutions. You will contribute to sales growth in a collaborative, dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote and sell dermatology products.
• Present products and demonstrate their features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
• Work with the marketing team on sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Record sales activities and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide clients with product education and ongoing support on usage and best practices.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and track performance against KPIs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience; healthcare sales experience is a plus.
• Pharmaceutical or dermatology sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Employment
