Your ResponsibilitiesConduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leadsUse our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customerEnsure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships
Your ProfileMinimum 2 years of proven success in chat-based sales, high-ticket conversion, or remote sales (Fintech, Crypto, or Prop Trading experience is a MUST).Fluent Spanish for client communication and good level of English for internal coordinationAbility to manage multiple customer interactions at the same timeForex trading knowledge is mandatoryA self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently
