• Meeting budgeted sales volumes and margins, driving profitability and excellence in Agro.
• Building return on investment into suggestive capital expense.
• Developing and implementing a sustainable agronomy service portfolio and related programs through research, planning, and reporting to increase revenue and enhance the appeal of the Meadow Lake Agro Department to current and prospective clients.
• Building strong customer relationships, resolving customers concerns timely and respectfully, and enhancing the existing customer contact program.
• Coaching and supporting farmers, customers, and fellow employees by sharing their agriculture expertise on proper administration and execution of a profitable agronomy services program.
