Job Overview: Field Sales Executive (Automobile & Lubricants) Company: Debabrata Samanta specializes in premium lubricating oils and aerosol autocare products designed for the automotive industry. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Key Responsibilities On-Field Sales: Conduct daily visits to garages, multi-brand workshops, auto spare part shops, and commercial fleet owners to promote and sell lubricating oils and aerosol products. Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and workshops to expand the local distribution network effectively. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and customer loyalty. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets. Market Feedback: Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market trends, providing detailed reports to management for strategic planning. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Standard pass. Experience: At least 2 years of proven field sales experience in the automobile, lubricants, auto spare parts, or autocare sector. Skills: Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills in the local language. Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, essential for field travel. Job Details & Compensation Job Type: Full-time, field-based role. Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month. Additional Perks: Daily travel allowances (TA/DA) provided.
