Job Overview: Field Sales Executive (Automobile & Lubricants)
Company: Debabrata samanta specializes in premium lubricating oils and aerosol autocare products.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India
Key Responsibilities
- On-Field Sales: Conduct daily visits to garages, multi-brand workshops, auto spare part shops, and commercial fleet owners to promote lubricating oils and aerosol products.
- Dealer Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new retailers, distributors, and workshops to enhance the local distribution network.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection targets.
- Market Feedback: Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends and report insights to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Standard pass.
- Experience: At least 2 years of field sales experience in automobile, lubricants, auto spare parts, or autocare industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and local language communication skills.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for field travel.
