Sales and Marketing Representative

Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help generate new clients, increase sales, and support the company’s marketing efforts. This person will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting our products or services, closing sales, and assisting with marketing campaigns and social media content.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and contact potential customers through calls, messages, referrals, social media, and in-person outreach.Present the company’s products or services clearly and professionally.Follow up with leads and existing clients throughout the sales process.Negotiate and close sales.Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activity.Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.Create or support content for social media and promotional materials.Help increase brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.Prepare sales updates and reports for management.Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs.Required QualificationsPrevious experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive.Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and social media platforms.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional attitude and strong work ethic.Bilingual skills in English and Spanish.Preferred QualificationsExperience with social media or digital marketing.Experience working with sales targets or commissions.Knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools is a plus.Key SkillsSales, marketing, communication, negotiation, lead generation, customer relationship management, social media, organization, problem solving, and closing sales.Performance ExpectationsThe Sales & Marketing Representative will be expected to generate leads, convert them into customers, support marketing initiatives, meet sales goals, and represent the company professionally at all times.
