About the role
LaunchPoint Concepts is seeking motivated individuals to develop professional skills in marketing, customer acquisition, business development, and leadership development. As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you'll work directly with customers inside retail environments, represent nationally recognized brands, and create customer engagement experiences through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities
- Represent established brands through in-store marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Inform customers about products, services, and promotional offerings.
- Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies and brand representation techniques.
