Sales and Tender Executive

Tasks

• Drive B2B sales for company offerings, including Control Panels (PLC, VFD, MCC Panels), Automation Components (PLCs, VFDs, HMIs), and Industrial Products (Controllers, Sensors, Connectors, Power Supplies, Phoenix Contact / Selec ranges).
• Search, evaluate, and submit bids on GeM, CPPP, and state portals using DSC before deadlines.
• Review tender documents (NIT/RFP), prepare BOQs, map company product specifications, and submit compliance sheets.
• Prospect industrial clients, OEMs, and contractors; understand requirements and recommend suitable automation/panel solutions.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, handle price negotiations, achieve sales targets, and secure Purchase Orders (PO).
• Source component pricing from suppliers and coordinate with the engineering team for timely order execution.
