Sales Assistant

We are seeking a proactive Sales Assistant to support sales activities and assist customers.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales or a related field.
• Assist with daily sales activities and customer enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, invoices, and reports.
• Assist with procurement and purchasing activities.
• Maintain accurate sales and accounting records.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Knowledge of procurement and purchasing is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with good product knowledge and customer service skills.
