Sales Associate (3-Day Position)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate for a 3-day part-time position in our Phoenix, Arizona location. As part of a dynamic retail environment, the Sales Associate will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with customers directly, build relationships, and contribute to the store’s success in a supportive team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selections, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the point of sale (POS) system. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate product. Stay informed about current promotions, product offerings, and store procedures to provide customers with relevant information. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Flexibility to work 3 days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Basic proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
